Hermès supplies the customer with a watch strap that is free of any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery, i.e. the product shall be suitable for the normal use anticipated for this type of product and shall include the features specified at the time of submitting the order. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or accident or any damages due to neglect or misuse. More broadly, this warranty also shall not be applicable if there are any indications of incorrect use or abuse. This warranty only provides coverage if the customer submits a claim during the legally mandated period enforced in the country of purchase from the date products are delivered. The customer may opt to have the strap repaired or replaced, except where either of these options incurs costs for Hermès that are patently excessive.
